Edward M. Osinski, Jr. Edward M. Osinski, Jr. received his CPA in 1975. In 1977, he opened Edward M. Osinski Jr. CPA, PC, and his six-person firm in Phoenix. Ed and the two other CPAs in the firm have more than 75 years of combined professional experience. Ed is also a popular speaker, and prior chairman of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants' public relations committee. He and the other CPAs in his firm are also members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
